Junior Lead Generation Specialist

This position is for the expansion of the Wroclaw office, so we are considering candidates who are located in Poland.

We are looking for a Junior Lead Generation Manager to join our team and support the sales process by identifying and engaging potential leads. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to start their career in IT, comfortable with high-volume, repetitive tasks, and have a proactive approach to work. If you have basic experience in lead generation and a good command of English, this is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• English Proficiency: Intermediate level or higher.
• Experience: At least 6 months in lead generation, sales research, or a similar role.
• Experience working with LinkedIn for outreach and lead sourcing.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Will be plus:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or sourcing roles.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for lead generation automation and lead sourcing.

• Identify and engage potential leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile using both manual and automated methods.
• Analyze, verify, and segment databases to improve targeting and outreach efficiency.
• Identify and validate key decision-makers within target companies.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
• Execute and optimize outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
