A real-time solution was build, which allows to synchronize projects, contacts, accounts, inspection with “Magic” etc. As soon as inspection is completed, secretaries can verify it and generate reports. Unlike standard salesforce reports, these ones contain results of inspection with logarithmic scale plot for hydrant flow testing. The application is designed that way so that it could be used with poor internet.
