Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio
- Solid experience with Contact Builder and Data Extensions
- Proficiency in SQL for segmentation and data manipulation
- Understanding of marketing automation and customer lifecycle
- Upper-Intermediate+ English (client-facing communication
Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Gather business requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Build and optimize customer journeys and automations
- Set up data models, segmentation, and personalization
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ensure quality, testing, and performance of campaigns
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist / Consultant)
- Experience with AMPscript or SSJS
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with Salesforce core (Sales/Service Cloud)
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy practices
- Experience with omnichannel marketing strategies
