See how we shipped an AppExchange managed package that automated Salesforce org monitoring, reduced manual checks, spotted anomalies, and kept oversight consistent for many orgs.
CommCorrect is a tech advisory firm that helps businesses select cloud communication platforms and SF integrations. Based in the USA, the company focuses on connecting companies with CCaaS, UCaaS, and communication solutions that operate within the SF ecosystem.
CommCorrect guides companies through needs assessment, platform evaluation, vendor demonstrations, and more, and acts as an independent advisor throughout the process.
Businesses of all sizes rely on CommCorrect to compare communication platforms side by side, validate technical and operational fit, and frame vendor agreements around their concrete business goals.
When CommCorrect was expanding their SF offerings, the company faced pressure to keep Salesforce data monitoring and observability controlled and reduce the number of manual checks. Their processes relied much on human review. This slowed analysis, raised the risk of errors, and – when trying to monitor the Salesforce org activity – it gave poor visibility into trends.
To address this, the Client set several tech and operational goals:
Existing reviews required constant attention. The Сlient needed a mechanism in SF that could analyze data non-stop, spot deviations, and support data anomaly detection with no other tools or ad-hoc inspections.
The solution CommCorrect was seeking had to support deployment in multiple SF orgs, handle updates, plus meet AppExchange standards for stability, security, and maintainability as a managed package for AppExchange.
The system had to alert the appropriate users, register results, monitor and analyze Salesforce data, and highlight issues that could emerge. Strategically, it had to remain flexible, as it needs to evolve together with changing business rules.
Meeting these challenges was essential. It would help CommCorrect reduce operational overhead and prevent minor errors from becoming serious problems.
To address these requirements, Synebo built a custom Salesforce app for Salesforce data management and packaged it ready for AppExchange security review. Our solution boasted flexible config, automated analysis, and continuous tracking of data dynamics:
Built a Salesforce app that was ready for deployment in many SF orgs – facilitating installation, updates, and long-term support.
Introduced a role-aware interface that had defined tabs for Settings, Monitoring, Analysis. They supported different user responsibilities, and kept daily interactions structured and intuitive.
Enabled configurable observation rules. Guided setup flows now allowed users to define SOQL-based rules, filters, and data quality anomaly detection logic.
Introduced scheduled automation, so background jobs started to run on configurable intervals and detect anomalies through threshold checks and historical comparisons.
Implemented alerts, reusable flow templates and flow-based e-mail notifications. They ensured that relevant users received timely signals when irregularities appeared, supporting Salesforce org monitoring and observability.
Added historical analysis and logging. Backfilled observations, detailed run logs, and interactive charts helped employees review past trends, averages and ranges, and see execution errors – in one place.
Thanks to Synebo as a Salesforce AppExchange partner, CommCorrect gained a solution for Salesforce data analytics and management that lowered manual workload, and improved data oversight. Plus, it delivered a reliable app ready for a broader audience (i.e. to be listed on AppExchange).
