  • 2+ years as Success or Account Manager in an IT outsourcing company
  • Understanding of SDLC
  • C1 English level or above
  • “Troubleshooter” attitude
  • Optimist, strong communication skills
  • Stress-resistant, self-organized
Responsibilities Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Collect workload and forecasting information from clients
  •  Understand the needs and priorities of the customer to develop upsell cases
  • Take care of the account data accuracy and documentation
  • Collect regular client feedback and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Submit and maintain documentation in internal system
  •  Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with PM/TL/CTO team to identify any growth opportunities
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
  • Working with receivables
