EasySend focuses on a challenge that many insurance and financial organizations face every day: paperwork. The company develops a no-code digital platform that helps businesses replace paper-based processes with automated online processes, web forms, and electronic doc workflows.
Founded to support large-scale process digitization, EasySend enables organizations to collect information, generate documents, manage quotes, capture signatures – in a single environment. Its platform also connects with business systems such as Salesforce and helps users keep customer and operational data synced.
EasySend had already developed a managed package for SF users. But it wanted to make document-driven processes easier to analyze and scale. Plus, EasySend planned to expand its SF ecosуstem offering with Agentforce AI. And prepare the solution for broader use.
Yet, the project faced some challenges:
As volumes of data grew, users relied on many reports to review the forms they submitted and spot relevant info. EasySend wanted to replace this process with Agentforce analytics reports powered by natural-language requests. The goal was to help users find the info they needed faster – with Agentforce AI and conversational AI tools.
The existing managed package already provided a solid foundation. EasySend wanted to expand its capabilities – prepare it for the next stage of growth. This implied refining certain components and aligning the solution with the SF standards. And overall creating a stronger platform for future Agentforce functionality and broader adoption.

The Client also wanted to build an Agentforce Salesforce integration. This integration would allow users to retrieve info. Plus, complete doc-related tasks (including e-signatures) via conversations with an AI agent.
EasySend also wanted to strengthen its position as a solution published on AgentExchange. This meant building an agent experience that delivered practical value, scaled well, and was easy to use at the enterprise level.
Overall, the project sought more than tech upgrades. It required Salesforce workflow optimization. It also required a practical approach to Agentforce implementation and building AI capabilities to automate customer workflows.
