  • Collected and packaged the existing PandaDoc Salesforce integration into a Salesforce CPQ managed package, then prepared it for distribution.

  • Provided consulting on the Business Review process – it’s required for AppExchange listing.

  • Ran and analyzed security and code quality scans, including Chimera, Zap Report, Code Analyzer, and Checkmarx – we needed to ensure adherence to SF security protocols.

  • Prepared all documentation for the Security Review and successfully guided the product through the review process.

  • Contributed minor but critical fixes to the integration code that improved the CPQ pасkagе stability and compliance without altering the core PandaDoc product.

  • Offered ongoing consultations to support maintenance of the product on AppExchange.
