Six Salesforce Events, Six Rooms – What Did We Hear in 2026?

Every event had its own audience, priorities, pace. Yet together, these Salesforce 2026 events revealed something valuable: interest in AI remains high. Вut the conversation has become more practical.

Irish Dreamin’ (Dublin, March 19)

  • Event Context. One of the most community-driven Salesforce Dreamin events. It brings together admins, consultants, architects, developers. Plus, surely, SF customers. All – eager to exchange practical experience.
  • Dominant Theme. Practical Agentforce readiness. Many discussions focused on the gap between SF’s long-term vision and what organizations feel prepared to implement today.

Synebo Takeaway. At the event, Data quality appeared repeatedly as the limiting factor. Interest in Agentforce was strong. But many attendees viewed trusted data as the first (pre)requirement before any AI project/initiative could move forward.

Polish Dreamin’ (Wrocław, March 20)

  • Event Context. It’s one of thе Salesforce events focused on the highly technical community. Usually, it’s attended by devs, architects, consultants, and SF specialists interested in emerging platform capabilities.
  • Dominant Theme. AI and Agentforce technologies, with particular attention to how these capabilities can support enterprise operations and business processes.

Synebo Takeaway. Тhe talks reinforced a practical message: successful AI adoption depends on operational discipline (and less on new features). Attendees highlighted the importance of testing and monitoring AI agents. Plus – continuous oversight, connected workflows, embedded analytics, and unified business processes to turn Agentforce capabilities into lasting value. 

Dream Olé (Valencia, March 27)

  • Event Context. One of the biggest Salesforce conferences in 2026 – for experts, customers, partners – from Spain, Europe, and multiple countries.
  • Dominant Theme. Turning SF innovation into operational success. Panels covered Agentforce security, Marketing Cloud execution, and the recognition that tech outcomes depend both on people and the platform.

Synebo Takeaway. Security remained a hot topic in the Agentforce discussions. Interestingly, soft skills received almost as much attention as technology. And recurring Marketing Cloud configuration mistakes continued to concern practitioners. I also noticed interest in experience-driven sessions that helped with solving everyday SF challenges.

Partners Day (Dublin, April 15)

  • Event Context. It’s in our list of Salesforce conferences because this strategic gathering focuses on the partner community, making it one of the most insightful Salesforce partner events of the year.
  • Dominant Theme. The Salesforce roadmap for FY27. Аnd the growing role of AI, data, and connected customer platforms in shaping business priorities. 

Synebo Takeaway. At the event, one message came through clearly: SF is building a connected future around AI, data, and CX. Because discussions about Agentforce, Informatica, Marketing Cloud, Customer 360 pointed to it – put a stronger emphasis on platform connectivity. Direct discussions with the SF teams offered insight into how those priorities may shape customer roadmaps over the next few years.

Agentforce World Tour Warsaw (May 27)

  • Event Context. One of the flagship events – Salesforce Agentforce World Tour. It’s usually attended by business decision-makers, SF customers, consultants, tech professionals.
  • Dominant Theme. Turning Agentforce from strategy into execution. Тrusted data, scalable AI architecture, practical adoption frameworks.

Synebo Takeaway. The Agentforce World Tour’s discussions in Poland proved: expectations around delivery speed have changed dramatically. Businesses increasingly expect pilots, proofs of concept, and outcomes – within much shorter timeframes than in previous years.

Agentforce World Tour Tel Aviv (June 9)

  • Event Context. It is another major stop on the Salesforce World Tour events calendar. It attracts innovators, tech teams, executives, plus SF practitioners who explore the future of AI adoption.
  • Dominant Theme. Agentforce is moving from concept to practical business applications – in service, data, analytics, collaboration workflows.

Synebo Takeaway. The strongest signal from the event was the growing number of practical Agentforce use cases that are already in production. We heard many customer stories focused on how companies are using Agentforce, Data Cloud (360), analytics, and Slack. And connect work across teams, plus improve their day-to-day operations.
