Synebo Story: 10 Years of Delivering Expert Salesforce Solutions
Ten years ago, Synebo started with just a handful of people аnd a big idea: to make Salesforce development human-centered, transparent, and done right.
As it often happens with true believers, deeply driven by an idea: a small local initiative evolved into a Salesforce consulting and development company trusted worldwide – across industries and geographies.
Today, Synebo holds Crest Consulting Partner status, PDO expertise, and ISV partnerships. And these are not titles we want to brag about. They are the natural outcome of the years we spent building, testing, fixing, and caring about our work.
This article reflects on Synebo’s defining moments, celebrates the people who made it possible, and shows the values that guide us in our jobs – everything that shapes how we move forward and envision the future for our team and the Salesforce ecosystem.
Beginning: From Vision to Foundation
We entered the Salesforce space at a time when speed often sounded louder than quality and responsibility. Delivery timelines looked attractive. But long-term consequences received far less attention.
Then – in summer 2015 – there were only 5 of us, engineers, in a small office in Odesa, who decided to draw a firm line here.
“No loud promises”, we said then, “We need better decisions.”
That stance shaped Synebo into a Salesforce development company anchored in a simple, yet demanding mission: Salesforce, Done Right.
Mission That Refused to Drift
This idea never served as a slogan for us. It guided our early delivery choices, client conversations, internal standards. Over time, trust grew naturally with those who came to us for Salesforce custom development. It was earned through consistent, meaningful outcomes.
First Clients, Serious Stakes
Our first projects came in soon – real, demanding, complex, and genuinely exciting. The early clients worked in tough, fast-moving industries: one in global cloud services, another – in renewable energy. Their SF orgs required tech decisions capable of supporting complex Salesforce implementation in different regions and for different teams.
These projects pushed us to engineer strong integrations, approach Salesforce implementation carefully, and stay disciplined in custom development. What’s more, they challenged us to build a Support Portal to serve a large number of agents for teams in multiple locations.
That first experience set the bar for how Synebo works today — with responsibility, scale, and long-term thinking in mind.
What’s more, those collaborations began alongside Synebo’s launch – and remain active today. And we are proud of it, as it’s a good illustration of how custom Salesforce development approaches scale and continuity.
Growth Arrives Without Warning
Momentum followed. By mid-spring 2016, our little team had multiplied in size – from a tight group of specialists to dozens of professionals.
Growth tested everything: communication, delivery flow, leadership bandwidth. Scaling talent without lowering standards required structure, mentorship, and ownership. The Synebo Salesforce experts learned how to grow the team and protect judgment at the same time.
That lesson later proved critical as we tackled more complex Salesforce solutions.
When Product Thinking Entered the Picture
Around that same period, Synebo began to think beyond delivery work. In 2016, our team initiated our own SF Trailblazer Community direction and introduced the first in-house tool, Salesforce Logins. It was our signal that Synebo, as a Salesforce services provider, was ready to contribute practical solutions back to the ecosystem.
As our team expanded, soon we released our second product – a Lightning-based component that helps simplify complex lookup interactions. Its adoption among Salesforce development experts globally reinforced a new mindset inside the company: building tools others rely on requires the same discipline as building Salesforce solutions for clients.
So, our early years еstablished:
- A mission that got centered on responsibility and trust
- Transparency as our delivery norm
- Salesforce solutions – designed for long-term growth. Always
- Proof that a Salesforce consulting company could grow with its clients
- A foundation built to last beyond early momentum
Those first years defined us. They shaped how today Synebo thinks, plans, and delivers. The trust we earned during our early years transformed into our long-term partnerships. The discipline we practiced then remains the backbone of how our team solves challenges now.
Our foundation was never about momentum. It was about staying power.
Growth and Milestones
Growth at Synebo never followed a linear script. Each year added scope, responsibility, and a broader role inside the SF ecosystem.
What began as “focus on delivery” steadily matured into partnership thinking.
2016-2017 – Credentials That Opened the Door
Our first SF certifications marked an important shift. Our skill was no longer assumed. It became verified. These credentials helped us strengthen our client confidence and positioned Synebo as their Salesforce development partner who is ready for complex Salesforce consulting services.
2018 – Partner Status & Product Direction
Recognition from SF followed. In 2018, Synebo gained its first registered status as a Salesforce consulting partner and expanded into AppExchange development – through ISV partnerships.
That same year, internal knowledge sharing also took shape: for the first time, we started our SF developer and admin courses. We also piloted a one-time QA course. These initiatives later evolved into Synebo Academy – we made it available for free to anyone eager to join the Salesforce world.
2019–2021 – Services Grow Up
The period that started in 2019 was marked by a gІobaІ challenge – СОVID-19. It changed the way the whole world worked. Amid uncertainty the pandemic brought, we quickly adapted and stayed resilient.
And continued our advancement.
We branched out into new directions: consulting, architecture, support, administration. Synebo’s Salesforce services grew beyond delivery tasks toward ownership of system health and long-term org stability. We started to increasingly operate as a Salesforce consulting services provider rather than a standalone execution team.
During this period – in 2021 – our team grew to 100.
Аnd to this day, we still call that chapter our “good old days.”
2022 – Scale, Geography & Joined Forces
2022 was marked by a defining challenge for our country and our team – the full-scale war in Ukraine. When navigating unprecedented circumstances, we kept the business running. We supported the Synebo people, and strengthened our internal processes to adapt quickly and operate effectively.
We extended our support beyond the company – we offered free, community-driven SF courses for those Ukrainians who had lost their jobs and were urgently seeking new opportunities for learning and income.
Despite these circumstances, our progress accelerated. Salesforce Ridge ISV Partner status confirmed our product maturity. We also opened our new office – in Wrocław, Poland, and that move considerably helped us reach new geographies and clients.
What’s more, our next merger with Koroka Solutions strengthened our delivery and reinforced Synebo’s role as a Salesforce implementation partner for larger, distributed orgs.
2023–2024 – Measured by Outcomes
Many of our milestones turned tangible just this period. We completed 1,000 projects and got 255+ Salesforce certifications altogether.
Our scale met consistency. And reinforced the trust in us as a proficient Salesforce services provider we’d built over the years.
2025–2026 – Preparing for Our Next Curve
The effort we’ve put into nurturing talent via Synebo Academy let us earn the Salesforce Workforce Partner status. This milestone proves our students have direct access to first-hand insights on the latest CRM – Salesforce – technologies and innovations.
“Looking back, we know one thing for sure: we’re not planning to stop at what we’ve accomplished,” says Kateryna Mishei, the company CEO.
Leadership evolved to support our faster growth and a broader role in the ecosystem – and Kateryna herself is a perfect example. After years as Synebo’s COO, she now guides the company toward new strategic horizons – as a newly promoted CEO.
So, from inspired engineers who started the early Salesforce development agency, to the Salesforce-certified consulting partner, our story shows how daring ideas, skilled hands, relentless curiosity, and bold leadership can turn ambition into steady, thoughtful progress.
And we all believe here that the best is always ahead!
People at the Core
Synebo grew through continuity. Many of our team members built their careers here step by step – carrying our delivery standards, shared memory, and responsibility forward. We focused on creating value on both sides of the table – clients received stable teams, and our people gained room to grow without losing direction.
This balance helped us shape a Salesforce consulting agency where trust developed inside first. Then it extended into every Salesforce solution we’ve delivered.
Yana Chekan, our Head of Delivery, joined Synebo in late April 2016, when the team still counted in single digits.
Her path reflects the company’s growth curve.
Starting in quality assurance, she moved through project coordination, delivery ownership, and pre-sales leadership before stepping into the Head of Delivery role. Her certs – SF Business Analyst, Community Cloud Consultant, and Administrator – mirror her ability to bridge our clients’ business goals with execution discipline.
“I grew with Synebo. Each role added perspective, and that experience helps me keep delivery predictable even when projects become more complex,” Yana shares.
Anatoly Voronov, our CTO, followed a similar long-term trajectory.
Joining in April 2016, too (as we’ve mentioned above, April 2016 just marked our significant expansion), he advanced from hands-on development into architectural leadership.
Now Anatoly sets up Synebo’s engineering direction. His SF credentials – spanning Data Architecture, Application Architecture, and advanced platform development – support decisions that guide large-scale, multi-layer orgs.
“Depth is so important,” believes Anatoly, “When the Synebo teams witness Salesforce’s evolution through years of their own hands-on practice, they design differently.”
That human continuity explains why Synebo grows without losing its footing. And why our clients trust the Synebo team – experts who deeply understand the path Salesforce has traveled itself, and, thanks to our deep experience, can anticipate what tomorrow may demand.
Together, these stories also reveal the Synebo culture – here, we call it “the Code”.
Synebo Code
The Code is a set of our principles that quietly governs how we work, grow, and deliver – across all Salesforce professional services.
We stand on:
- People. Real, skilled, grounded. No hierarchy games, no inflated egos – only teams that respect craft and each other.
- Ambition. What always drives us is going further than formal statuses and badges.
- Growth. New roles, deeper expertise, stronger certifications. Progress here never stands still and directly feeds our Salesforce development services.
- Education. Ongoing learning through Synebo Academy, internal mentorship, and regular knowledge exchange.
- Challenge Readiness. We tackle complex scopes, evolving orgs, tight timelines. Adaptation and learning stay constant under pressure.
- Honesty. Honest words, direct feedback, full ownership of outcomes. This is what we stick to – with clients and our teams.
- Care & Support. We always pay attention to people’s well-being, work quality, and shared responsibility.
This Сode may explain why our whole team stays long. For clients choosing a long-term partner, people matter. At Synebo, they remain the constant behind every decision, delivery, and promise kept.
Innovation & Expertise
So, we started with classic Salesforce delivery. And gradually evolved into a trusted SF ecosystem partner capable of supporting multi-layered organizations.
As a result, all innovation at our company is shaped by real challenges, not by experimentation for the sake of trends.
Tech Dерth Earned Through Complex Work
We formed our reputation through work in demanding environments.
The Synebo development experts have always worked with large data volumes, interconnected systems, and strict governance models:
- Integrations synced SF with financial platforms, support tools, external data sources.
- Security initiatives required consistency; they also required our foresight.
- AI-related work introduced new operational challenges. And ethical considerations.
Together, these efforts of our teams strengthened Synebo’s standing as a reliable Salesforce development company.
Expertise That Grows With Client Complexity
As client orgs expanded, our role also shifted. Our team started to contribute not only code but also architectural judgment and strategic direction.
The Salesforce solutions we offered started to reflect:
- Durability and controlled scalability
- Preparedness for AI-driven growth
This approach let us reduce our clients’ dependency on short-term fixes and reinforced long-term stability for scaling their businesses.
AppExchange Experience & Product Thinking
Work on AppExchange products deeply refined our internal standards. Security reviews, release discipline, maintenance obligations – they all demanded higher rigor than single-org delivery.
Synebo’s Salesforce development consultants carried over these practices into our client engagements. Their adoption, undoubtedly, strengthened our custom Salesforce development services with ecosystem-level awareness.
Knowledge Shared in SF Community
At some point, we realized Synebo had much to say beyond our internal teams. We decided it was time for our voice to be heard more loudly – across the global Salesforce ecosystem.
Here are just a few examples of where we shared our insights and hands-on experience:
- CRM Stage Conference – That was our first Silver Partner participation (back in 2021).
- London Calling – Anastasia Sapihora, Senior Salesforce Architect at Synebo, shared Synebo’s practical expertise on stage.
- SF WorІd Tours – We attended Stockholm (as Silver Sponsor), London, Tel Aviv.
- Community gatherings – We also joined ІосаІ events (like PolishDreamin and CzechDreamin), and directly shared with the SF community our insights.
Overall, years of 2024-25 marked a notable presence for Synebo at many SF events.
Ten Years Proven. Next Horizon Ready
Ten years in the SF ecosystem taught us that platforms evolve and responsibility never gets lighter. And we are sure Synebo stands 10 years after its start because our experts chose durability over shortcuts and sincere partnership over transactional delivery.
And we exist thanks to people. To the team members – who grew alongside the company. To clients – who relied on Synebo for custom Salesforce development services when their orgs got complex. To partners – who shared standards instead of slogans.
The confidence you placed in us shaped Synebo into a Salesforce consulting services provider – for long-term collaboration and quick fixes. For restoring stability when things seem to break – and for steady innovation. For ideas that work – and for turning those ideas into concrete results. So your business can scale and keep moving forward.
