The challenge
The Kali team aimed to give their clients a clear view of their financial health using data-driven insights. This should empower the clients to make better decisions while enjoying enhanced user experience.
The Kali team recognized the need for these complex figures to be translated into easy-to-understand visual representations. So, the analytics had to be visually presented in a clear and intuitive way, so that anyone could understand it.
Our solution
We built and integrated a Lightning component inside a client’s customer community. The solution supports dynamic tables and dashboards and provides the ability to export data to PDF or Excel doc. So, basically, the Synebo team created an easy-to-use interface where Kali’s customers could get their financial overview in a required format.
The results
Now, Kali’s customers don’t have to contact support in order to see their financial situation and can review and export analytical data in their preferred view and format on their own. This enhances the user experience of Kali’s customers and saves time for the company freeing labor resources for more essential business processes.
