Requirements Requirements
  • 1.5+ years of commercial experience with Salesforce
  • Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service
  • Experience with automations, data modeling, and sharing settings
  • Good understanding of Salesforce security model
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate level of English (B1 or higher)

Nice to have

 

  • Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud / Field Service)
  • Experience with Data Cloud
  • Basic knowledge of Agentforce
Responsibilities Responsibilities
  • Implement business and technical requirements in Salesforce
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce environment, including Field Service
  • Manage users, roles, profiles, and access settings
  • Set up and support automations (Flows, Process Builder where applicable)
  • Maintain data quality and resolve data-related issues
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues related to system functionality and automations
  • Provide user support and training
