Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role.
- Proficiency in English, at least B2 level.
- Salesforce Administrator certifications.
- Knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and system automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security concepts.
- Ability to customize and configure Salesforce using declarative tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including but not limited to workflow automation, process optimization, and data management.
- Administer user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices, implementing new features and functionality as appropriate.
